Full Circle Earns 98% Employee Satisfaction Score on Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces List

For the second time, Full Circle has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, a program that measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay into the future. The average of Full Circle’s responses created the organization’s Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces score—98%. Scores can range from 0-100 with 100 being the best possible score.

“Inc.’s Best Workplaces program is a rigorous third-party assessment of employee satisfaction,” explains Full Circle Director, HR, Christina Cox. “We apply knowing our team will be asked to supply honest feedback, which is invaluable for the continual evolution of our working environment. Achieving such top marks is the icing on the cake—true validation for our collective dedication to making Full Circle an incredible place to thrive.”

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

“Each year, Inc.’s Best Workplaces program recognizes the very best in terms of companies that have fostered a truly amazing culture,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman. “We use hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures for judging in order to find the very best—and we’re proud that the program is highly selective.”
