After months of strategic planning and a successful beta test, Full Circle officially launched its redesigned Survey Roundtable community platform today. The new site boasts a contemporary look and a streamlined user experience poised to increase new member conversion and current member satisfaction.
“There is no silver bullet when it comes to quality,” said Nate Lynch, co-CEO. “This means every facet of our business—client-facing and consumer-facing—needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This initiative aligned perfectly with our mission to remain industry leaders when it comes to providing the highest quality product available on the market today.”
Senior Manager, Community Relations Dana Hicks, and VP, Marketing Alisa Weinstein led the revamp from the Full Circle side. Cindy Davis and Ian Dunlap led the development team from FocusVision. The teams worked collaboratively and creatively to refresh the design and platform-agnostic functionality of the recruitment and member experience, without interrupting survey service for Full Circle’s panelists. One hundred percent of beta testers liked the new design, finding it “easier to navigate,” “more modern,” and “inviting.”
“While an enormous undertaking, the development process was seamless,” said Mr. Hicks. “And now we boast an exciting site that makes it easier for new members to join our panel and current members to engage with our client’s surveys. An incredibly worthwhile effort for everyone involved.”
