Mike Kolin joins the Full Circle Research Operations team today as Head of Panels, where he is tasked with helping to strengthen and expand the company’s ISO 20252 certified global panels. In his new role, Mike will leverage 20+ years of proven expertise in marketing and insights, the last decade of which focused on panel builds and health, incentive procurement and fraud reduction.
As a director of lifestyle marketing at Ipsos Interactive Services since 2014, Mike led global panel management and incentives, where his successful oversight of 40+ community-building or consumer-based KPIs resulted in impressive growth for the company. Highlights include a 32% YOY increase in consumer engagement via a global SaaS/Fintech e-commerce incentive program and interactive merchandise catalog, as well as a 46% YOY increase in average redemptions thanks his multi-channel marketing campaigns.
