Industry Veteran JR Venza Joins as VP, Sales – Southeast

Full Circle Research, a leading provider of high-quality online sample, proudly announces the addition of JR Venza, PRC, as Vice President, Sales – Southeast. With more than 35 years of market research experience, JR will focus on expanding business with new and existing clients while ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

JR brings an exceptionally robust background to Full Circle. Most recently, he served as SVP, Global Sales at Torfac, where he directed revenue generation, managed sales teams, restructured pricing models, expanded service offerings and led global account growth. He was instrumental in launching full-service research, implementing client education initiatives and rebranding the company’s image across markets.

Previously, JR spent nearly a decade at Dynata (formerly Critical Mix, Authentic Response) as Director, Key Accounts, where he managed national accounts, developed new client relationships in the Southeast, contributed to software and product development (including the Omnibus product) and played a key role in client recovery and retention.

His career also includes leadership and research roles with The Gallup Organization, The Link Group, CfMC, AnswerQuest, L&E Research and Echo MR. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective across the research lifecycle, including study design, survey writing and analysis, making him an invaluable partner for clients.

“This hire is undoubtedly right-place-right-time,” said Full Circle CRO Gabe Dworet. “Our upward trajectory for H2 required the right kind of support—a market research professional with a proven record of client partnership. Many on our team have had the pleasure of working with JR previously and know the expertise he brings. Clients trust JR’s integrity and background. Marrying these established relationships with Full Circle’s industry-leading data quality approach ensures he’ll make an impact right out of the gate.”

Beyond his corporate experience, Venza is deeply engaged in the industry community. He currently serves as an Insights Association Board of Director/Past President for the Atlanta/Southeast Chapter, is a member of the IA Past Presidents Council and volunteers with the IA National Educational Workshop team.

“Over the past decade I’ve watched the rise of a company that’s clearly doing research the right way,” said JR “When given the opportunity to join Full Circle, I didn’t have to think twice. Achieving meaningful work with a team I’ve known personally and professionally for 20 years? I’m not shy in saying this next chapter feels truly full circle.”
