Full Circle announced today the promotion of DeVera (Dee) Boyd to VP, Operations. The move signifies exciting organizational shifts, as Dee absorbs full responsibility of day-to-day decision-making of the Operations team. It also reflects the company’s 2024 client and revenue growth, as well as projections for 2025.
“Fortifying and evolving our infrastructure to handle our current and future workload is mission-critical,” said Nate Lynch, Full Circle Co-CEO. “This includes putting Dee at the helm. Decades of project-management experience, coupled with her success at building our exemplary Ops team, make Dee exceedingly equipped to ensure we deliver the same highest-quality level of care to each of our clients, regardless of how quickly our roster expands.”
This is the second promotion for Dee since joining Full Circle in 2020; she started as Sr. Business Unit Leader and was promoted to Director, Operations in late 2021. Since then, she has been instrumental in helping the company achieve its record-setting growth. Dee implemented a new organizational structure, resulting in resource efficiencies for her ever-expanding team, which more than doubled in number under her tutelage. She also partnered with our platform and information technology departments to incorporate new and proprietary advancements, most recently the company’s Watchdog™ in-survey pattern recognition technology.
