Full Circle Research’s award-winning Operations team recently welcomed Jess Daniele as the company’s newest Sr. Business Unit Leader. Jess will be responsible for managing survey programming, sample deployment and data deliverables for key clients, leveraging more than 15 years’ experience in both project and customer management.
Jess joins Full Circle from Dynata (formerly Survey Sampling International – SSI), where she began her career on the ops side, quickly earning the role of Lead Project Manager and overseeing global market research clients totaling $10 million in annual revenue. From there, Jess was recruited for personnel management, where she successfully grew and nurtured a team of 14. As Account Director, Sales – East MRA she achieved “President’s Club” status for her year-over-year 110% performance, which included instrumentally influencing client buying decisions and creating customized business solutions to increase profitability.
