Full Circle Research announced today its implementation of the Participant Bill of Rights across all panel-facing communications, further cementing its commitment to data quality and participant well-being.
The latest initiative from the Insights Association’s Council for Data Integrity (on which Full Circle team members serve at the forefront of various data quality efforts) and the Global Data Quality initiative, the Participant Bill of Rights is a natural extension of the professional Code of Standards. Agreeing to comply reinforces the company’s promise to safeguard and enhance the participant experience in the dynamic and evolving field of market research.
It is designed to:
- Outline critical rights and protections for research participants
- Push the industry’s perspective on participant well-being to the forefront of a new, participant-centered business model
- Protect the participant pool—and the insights it generates—from erosion due to poor experiences and the growing prevalence of fraud
“The Participant Bill of Rights is a cornerstone of transparency and integrity in all interactions,” says Council for Data Integrity Member and Full Circle Chief Product Officer, Alexandrine de Montera. “It extends protections to participants, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders at every stage of the research process. We believe that prioritizing participant well-being is key to ensuring data integrity and delivering meaningful insights, and hope every market research and insights organization chooses to follow suit.”
Members of Full Circle’s panel (Survey Roundtable) can find the Participant Bill of Rights via panel email and survey communications, as well as on the Survey Roundtable panel website.
